Install dependencies and start webpack watcher.

    npm install
    npm run watch

in another terminal, start a web server using python.

    python2 -m 'SimpleHTTPServer' 1337
    # or
    python3 -m 'http.server' 1337
    
Visit site on http://localhost:1337
